Could I freeze halloween treats and thaw them for Halloween?

Like cupcakes & brownies...things i seen in the racheal ray magazine. My girl firend lives out of town and she wanted me to help her make snacks for her kids halloween party. I was just curious if they can be frozen and ate on halloween still..
