Does anyone know a recipe using oyster crackers, ranch seasoning, cayenne pepper, oil, spices?

as I remember, they were not baked, just placed in a gallon baggie. I want to think they also had garlic powder in them. They were really delicious and I would love to find a recipe for them. Thanks!
