How can I move and forgive myself?

Okay, so you are in a bar and people are drinking and have started loosing their inhibitions or didn't have any to begin with and you get a little frisky with a girl in the bar. Did she say stop that, did she push you away, did she say no, don't do that, did she slap your face or did she just go along with you. Touching someone ocks and stealing a kiss is not an ault or a --it sounds pretty innocent to me. I don't think there's anything that you have to feel guilty about or be forgiven for. Sounds to me like you have self-confidence issues because someone has beaten you down emotionally over the years and you have low self esteem and now you are frozen in this place feeling guilty and not really living in the here and now of each day you have been given. Do this: in your mind picture the person you feel you have offended and apologize to that person and ask for forgiveness and then confess to the higher power and ask for forgiveness and let this burden go, let it go. Look up the lyrics to Tim McGraw's song "Let It Go," and make that your theme song. All your bad decisions are washed away and you are going to hold your head up high and keep on walking because you have been forgiven. Give this burden to the Higher Power and ask the Higher Power to show you the way to the path the Higher Power has intended for you. Love yourself, take care of yourself, no one is perfect, have loving thoughts about yourself and when these guilty thoughts start running through your head ask yourself what is the intent of these thoughts. If they are not loving and good thoughts for you let them go. It's not easy, but there is no time like the present to leave the past in the past once and for all. May God bless you and help you through this.
