Is Hugo Chavez right when he said "Comrade" Obama is more left wing and him and Fidel?

The leader of the Czech Republic said it was like Deja vu hearing about all the "Vote for Change" slogans, because that's *exactly* what the communists campaigned on in that region. They are very skeptical of people who offer nothing but "change".
