More wedding ideas please??? You guys are great!!?

Hey guys, I am loving this Yahoo Answers for wedding ideas. I feel bad for people who did not have such a luxury twenty years ago getting married. Anyway, my wedding will be in my hometown of Huntington, West Virginia at an old village that takes you back to the way of life in the 1800s. The wedding and reception will be in a beautiful log church and then a big log banquet hall. My flowers, roses, and my colors, red and white. I love the idea that some people had for drinking tea from mason jars, using red and white napkins in baskets to hold biscuits and other bread. I do want it to go along with the old-fashioned 1800s theme, but I don't want to go overboard with the whole country-theme. In other words, no hay bails or overalls, lol. Can you guys suggest some elegant, old-fashioned ideas for centerpieces/decorations? I was thinking that each centerpiece does not have to be the same, right?
