What are some good lower ab toning exercises that will hlp me?
I know this question has been asked a million times but i cant seem to find any answers that apply to my problem exactly. I am 118 pounds and 5'4 i dont need or want to lose weight because im already small and everyone says that when i lose weight i look sick, but I also have a small pooch on my lower stomach and i know you cant spot reduce an area. I want to know if there are any exercises i can do for my lower abs that will make them look very toned (if nessasary im willing to lose weight but no more than like 5-7 pounds).I eat very healthy and drink only water, and i exercise every morning before i eat.i do 30 minutes of cardio some light weight lifting side bends,twists, crunchs,leg lifts, and jumping jacks every morning. Its been two weeks since i started with this exercise routine (ive always exercised but now im trying this workout instead) I dont know what more i can do and i dont care about instant results i just want to be really toned and in really good shape my this next summer (09). o and i would also like to know some exercises for the abercrombie V and the line in the middle of the stomach like on the upper part(its flat so it shouldnt be that hard right) if possible. Im sorry this question was so long thank you for taking the time to read this and answer i really appreciate it. :)
