Where and how can I learn hypnosis?

One of my friends and I are really interested in learning hypnosis. We're both really smart and thus we have a knack of reading people (which, if I'm not mistaken, could come in handy with hypnosis). Could it be possible for the two of us to learn and hypnotize people?
