I'm a Malaysian driving a Kelisa. Can somebody tell me why there is a stiffness in my steering wheel when i?

turn it? when i do a full turn around a hairclip bend, the wheel does not automatically return to its original position without me manually having to do it. my car shudders and i can feel it right under my feet...right up to the steering wheel. Thank you in advance for your kind explanation. - Sarah
