Should Shelton Benjamin have been Champion a BILLION years ago?

Yeah it makes me mad the way they do Shelton, I actually believe his career would be better on TNA, it's just something about WWE since The Rock they just don't give their black wrestlers that big of a push. I mean yeah Booker T, Bobby Lashley and MVP have held titles along with a few others but they always get screwed over and don't hold them long I mean think about it.
