My 3 months old granddaughter has been spitting up since birth, this is the 6th type of milk since birth.?

She is very fussy. Her doctor is seeking a referral for a specialist. I believe that she may have acid reflux, but her naval is constantly protruding. I have read up on hernias in infants. It seems like alot of her symptoms which she is displaying may be more than just acid reflux. For constipation, I give her luke warm water, which seems to work, but only when she has the luke warm water does she have a bowel movement. Her doctor just suggested that I add apple juice to her diet, which has the same effect as the luke warm water. I am a mother of 7 and this has never been an issue. I now have custody of her and trying to seek the best medical attention needed for my granddaughter. Oh yeah did I say fussy, I meant to say she goes into full fledge screams. I have reduced the amount of intake, but the results are the same.
