My granddaughter just made 1Yr. and she is very cranky Help

My daughter gets up to be at work by 3:30 am, works 10 hrs and the baby has to go to 24 hr daycare. Baby is not eating and she is always crying. I think she's not getting the proper consistant rest and its causing her to be irritable. I would be too. this has been going on ever since she entered the world.Her mom is wiped out too and a single parent with a teenage son . what do you think? Any resources provided will be appreciated
