Nervous about High School, because I'm bi.?

Well, June 8 was the last day of my entire middle school education : / Now it's summer, and I'm hanging with friends, getting ready for the beach! :) So anyway, I will be a freshman when school resumes. And at my middle school, I was the only person out of the three grades there who was in the gay community. I do know for a fact that there are other gay people already at the high school, and there are other gay people in my grade at other middle schools, so I'll probably make some gay friends when I go there. But there are things I'm worried about. First of all, the bullies. However, this high school has a discrimination rule where teachers & students CANNOT make gay couples stop kissing or doing any kind of PDA, because it files as discrimination, and the school can actually get sued simply if a teacher tells a gay couple to stop making out. But get this- the teachers and students CAN tell STRAIGHT couples to stop doing ANY PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION!!!! It just doesn't make sense. I mean, I'm bi, and I'm all for equality, so I still believe straight couples should be able to kiss their partner in the halls, just like gay couples can. And I actually haven't heard any bad cases of LGBT bullying there, except for my cousin. My cousin is straight, and he gets made fun of there because people think he's gay just because he has a high-pitched voice. So it makes me wonder, if a STRAIGHT guy is getting made fun of, and he's not even gay, then just imagine what's in store for me. I can stand up for myself and I do it on a daily basis. I have high self-esteem, and I'm proud of who I am. So it's not a major problem. Just all those things you see on the news about gay teens committing suicide or getting murdered freaks me out. I guess I should just let this burden not bother me. After all, high school has enough worries, especially when you're a freshman. And I don't need to be worried about anything more. Well destroyed is a little dramatic. But I'm still mad. I've had many flat irons and used it to straiten and curl my hair with no problems. When I got out of the shower it just went back to normal. Recently I bought another chi flat iron because my previous one broke. Always worked great and never had any problems until I curled my hair with it. I didnt think anything of it but when I got out of the shower, it just stood strait. There is a small wave but nothing compared to my natural curls. I obviously made a big mistake. I keep my hamsters in bins like that! They LOVE it, and you are able to fit more toys and stuff in there. If you ask me regular cages are too small and don't allow the animal to move as much as the bins do...and they won't chew through it (it's too thick) So I say buy the bin, just don't put the lid on it lol. I have been on antidepressant medication for 7 months now and one of the side effects is "vivid dreams". About 2 months ago I started having extremely horrifyingly disgusting dreams every single night. At first I thought that maybe I was just stressed out but I have tried everything I can think of to stop these and nothing has prevailed. These dreams happen every night and involve murderers, family members being murdered, bloody gory scenes, me running&hiding, anxiety, sadness, fear, hatchets, machetes, guns, people having organs ripped out, people having there skin ripped off, even baby’s being recklessly killed and thrown in holes. I don’t think I have had a dream in 2 months now that didn't involve murder and the only time any of these dreams have anyone familiar to me in them is when a family members being killed. I speak to people in these dreams but absolutely everyone other then the victums are familer to me in waking life. Should I be concerned for my mental health?

Living without cable tv, latest fashion, cell phones or other luxuries they claim they can't. The person living on $20 has decided that is all they are willing to earn or maybe they are handicapped so they can't earn more. If someone were making that they would need to do something to change it like learning a job skill or personal skills. After 20 years in the workforce most of us have earned promotions taken cles and learned on the job so we are making twice what the beginner makes. We can save half or so for our future.

Is my 16 months old overweight?

Sounds like he has a healthy appetite! I wouldn't stress about it if you have shared your baby's diet with his doctor and he/she isn't concerned about his weight. The doctors do seemed to be concerned earlier on with childhood obesity these days and rightly so, but at 16 mos it is very hard to restrict them of a wide variety of nourishing foods because they have such a long growth process ahead of them. Now if he is 6 and in the 97th percentile there would be no problem in restricting and monitoring his diet but as long as he is healthy and tested negative for any thyroid problems I would just let him enjoy healthy foods somewhat moderately.

Lack of self respect?

i used to be such a person only because i h8td insulting others. When i did so, i could see their face change and i was incredibly sensitive. i decided that i would stop insulting others even if they insulted me, but i realized that if you do so, people will walk over you, and if you let them, they wont contemplate about it and somehow change their ways and be good to you. The only way to command respect is to defend yourself and ignore all pity for the person when doing so. It is only then that people learn to shut up and take you as a real person and not as a piece of trash. Ive never done any like yelling at those who used to defend me, i allowed them to because i felt like retaliating in the same way, but was scared to hurt this persons feelings. Alright, this has to be one of the 'dumbest' questions i've ever asked but times in the house are hard. I speed rope, not nearly as much as I should or as much as I used to but lately I have been much more motivated. Problem is, we're tiling the living room which was my speed rope section for the longest. I would go to the garage but two cars, a motorcycle and punching bag barely gives us room to walk. I tried my room but i'm 5'8 and my ceiling isn't high enough for me to jump rope steadily. She is very fussy. Her doctor is seeking a referral for a specialist. I believe that she may have acid reflux, but her naval is constantly protruding. I have read up on hernias in infants. It seems like alot of her symptoms which she is displaying may be more than just acid reflux. For constipation, I give her luke warm water, which seems to work, but only when she has the luke warm water does she have a bowel movement. Her doctor just suggested that I add apple juice to her diet, which has the same effect as the luke warm water. I am a mother of 7 and this has never been an issue. I now have custody of her and trying to seek the best medical attention needed for my granddaughter. Oh yeah did I say fussy, I meant to say she goes into full fledge screams. I have reduced the amount of intake, but the results are the same.

I take a shower everyday, and I scrub everything down there (front and backside) well. I am circised and I do shave my pubes. I can get sweaty down there often. My ex wants to move 1000km's away and wants to take our son. He's in the process of taking me to court to have this granted. Admittedly I was only 17 when I had my son and found it hard to bring him up by myself when he left but I have never consumed alcohol in front of my son nor has alcohol affected my life (ie, I've held down a stable job for the past 4 years). My life was a bit unstable, (not alcohol related, just a young mum trying to support her son alone) but over the past 18 months I have picked myself up and now rent a nice 2 bedroom unit with my partner, we earn a good income combined and have never been in trouble with the law, taken drugs or anything of that manner. I am so scared of losing my son I don't know what to do. I have spoken to solicitors but I don't know if I can trust them with the advice they're giving me. I so far understand have the following in my favour: 1) My son was born here and all of his friends and family are here. 2) My ex seems to think he can go get a job at maccas and that will be enough to get a home loan. 3) I've taken my son off him before for dealing drugs. Does anyone know what he would have to do to succeed in taking him off me? Does anyone know if the court will take into consideration him slandering me? What should my solicitor be doing? I have a lot of friends who could write a lot of negative things about him, is it necessary? In my defence if I was such a bad mum my ex would have taken him off me a long time ago.
